what made you decide to participate in the process of helping people get their medical cannabis card?

I have been a nurse for over 40 years and have seen and continue to see people suffer. I have seen people lose hope and commit suicide because they have lost their will to live due to suffering. Physicians take an oath to improve quality of life and would like to do so for those suffering.

How do you help patients who wish to use medical cannabis?

We provide them with an opportunity to be evaluated by a physician to become certified for their medical cards. as it stands, there are not many places in the state of south dakota that offer medical cards and they are few and far between. We would like to provide those seeking a medical card with the opportunity to do so.

What is the process for getting a medical cannabis card? Will I need a photo ID or other documents when I arrive to get my card?

Yes, you will need a photo ID. You will be expected to fill out intake papers. You will also need to be knowledgeable of your health history as some clinics will require physical proof of your qualifying condition. Our physician will need to be able to come to the conclusion that you would benefit from medical cannabis in order to receive qualification.
