Essential Hope is an organization helping people gain access to an authorized physician to receive their certification for a medical cannabis card. Our Registered Nurse, Kathleen Parmely, will facilitate the process of receiving certification to register with the SD Medical Cannabis Program. We have a team of doctors that work directly with Essential Hope that are authorized to grant a medical cannabis card to clients in South Dakota.

Kathleen Parmely, RN has been a nurse for over 40 years and has seen and continues to see people suffer. She is passionate about Essential Hope because she took an oath to improve the quality of life of her patients and would like to do so with the help of medical cannabis.
